From walking in the door being greeted by the staff and having the process explained to me this experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I explicitly gave instructions to Tabiri for them not to change the brake fluid in my wife's car. The car only has 15,000 miles on it. And, yet they did it anyway. ($178 on our bill). My wife was promised that they had a special (no labor) on wiper blade replacement. And yet, for the rear wiper, they charged labor. My wife arrived early to expedite the service. But because Tabiri was not there, she sat around waiting while other service reps who could have helped her did nothing. This is not personalized service - it's a complete disregard for the value of customers' time. After 3 hours to perform what should have been minor service, my wife drove away and immediately noticed the brakes making weird sounds and being very "jerky". So, back to Acura Carland where she was told that it's because the wheel shine part of the car wash causes that. Why would anyone intentionally cause a problem with brakes like that, regardless if it's real or not? The car wash wasn't even that thorough. The total came to just under $700 for an oil change, rotate and balance, brake fluid exchange (again, explicitly instructed NOT to do), wiper blade replacement (charged labor when promised not to), wheel alignment, air filter replacement and cabin filter replacement (doubt this was necessary for 15,000 miles). All in all, it was a 4-hour nightmare. We will never ever use this service department and strongly recommend no one else does either. The only bright side was Kelly, the service rep who ended up helping my wife. She was helpful.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.

I recently met Mike as he very professionally and clearly explained and fixed the issue with my car. He went with me on a test ride and he is such a genuinely great guy to hang out with, I was sorry to have to return to Nalley. He was thorough and kind. Mike is a class act and Nalley is lucky to have him.
