Treated like family! I was new to this dealership and from the first phone call inquiring about a vehicle they had in stock, Don Traylor was patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone working at the dealership exuded happiness with their job. Mike, in Finance, well explained the extended warranty and protection add-ons and was not pushy/salesy. William Strickland stopped by to introduce himself and thanked me for my business. (Shout out to Liddy Strickland who asked how I chose the dealership - which is 90 miles from my home. I came for the car, and got a huge bonus with the excellent customer service.) Highly recommend!

So just let me start by saying mr ed Daniels was the best sales person I have ever dealt with!!!! A1 service !! So very helpful courteous and caring We love our trail boss LT Silverado. It is a beautiful vehicle and he helped us the whole time from beginning to end. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else even if I move, I’ll come back and buy from him.!!!! boy, I wish every owner of every company worked as hard as that man did for us # DANIELS #1.

I bought a Nissan Sentra from Griner Pontiac/Nissan back in 1996. It was probably the best sales experience I've ever had. The salesman was courteous, the prices were low without having to spend hours negotiating, and he gave me the blue book price on my trade in without any hassles. When we left that parking lot, in no way did my family feel shafted. We paid a couple thousand under sticker, got a few thousand for our trade-in, didn't find any extra padding on the bill, and weren't scammed into buying useless protection plans or weak, but expensive, extended warranties. As close to a painless auto sales experience as I've ever had. Highly recommended.
