I'm 60yrs old have bought several new cars, bought 2 Nissan's from another dealer, which is 5 minutes from my house, I can say this place was the best/less hassle-free place to buy. My salesman Ronnie was wonderful, he made the whole process easy and quick, he is very knowledgeable, at least the car I was buying he answered all my question's, when asking about how to set feature's, he walked me through the step's. I must say I wish I would have bought from here year's ago, they say a Nissan is a Nissan, that might be true, but it's how your treated when you call, walk-in the front door, at the service dept etc. To me it was well worth driving the 30-45 minute's (depending on traffic). If anyone ask's me, I will recommend Grainger Nissan.

They overprice there vehicles for the value. I bought a 23 Nissan kicks and the value has dropped 10,000 dollars. My wife bought a sentra and it has dropped 8,000 dollars in 6 months. If you by a Nissan be prepared to be stuck with it for years to come. Nissan do not hold there value even with the Nissan dealerships. Mountain View will screw you any way they can and won't even care about you as a returning customer. We have bought 6 new ones from them in the past but no more.

Went into the dealership to look at a new 2022 Pathfinder with hopes to test drive and see one in person. After taking a look at it in person, fresh off the truck I was told I could come back the next day to test drive it. To the letter, I was there at 11 AM the next day to test drive with my wife and Jessica and Kira rode with us. The drive was amazing and so was the vehicle. Knowing I was only there to look at the vehicle and to get some information, I never felt pressured to make a purchase or felt like I was being treating by some rando off the block. Conversation about the vehicle was great and they were able to get me information incredibly fast. After driving it, Don, the sales manager mentioned being able to do a deal due to it being the last day of the month and after some talking we were able to drive the vehicle off the lot for just under the MSRP after all Tax,Title,Fees, Extended warranty, and trade-in was calculated. Overall it was the best and smoothest experiences I have ever had with a car purchase or with any dealer.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
