Fantastic experience. Darian saved the day! I almost purchased a car at another local dealership. I did a quick Google search as I was about to sign the dotted line and saw my dream car at AutoNation USA Kennesaw. I wrote them via autotrader to check about the availability of the car and Darian wrote me back immediately. The car was available! I rushed over to AutoNation USA, Kennesaw, and purchased my dream car within a few hours all thanks to Darian! Pretty and clean facility!

I took my car in for 1 flat tire, I ended up needing to replace all 4 tires (ok fine), however the repair service didn’t put my wheel weights back on. This is the third and final time of incompetent service. 1st time- representative kept using his personal phone to contact me (very sketchy and refused to answer the dealership service phone number) and stole an item from the boot of my car. 2nd time- I purchased a car warranty (it had none of the coverage the representative noted – unnecessarily sleazy and I didn’t realize any of this until I had already purchased it) thankfully I eventually got a refund from the Third Party warranty provider. 3rd time - they can’t even install my tires correctly. The only decent service was from my service advisor Alex, who was the only professional in a dealership of fools. I am never coming back to this dealership - women beware!!! They endangered my life and others with basic work coming out terribly, it could have caused an accident – IF I DID NOT INSIST, THEY REVIEW THEIR WORK I would have never known!!!!! I have worked with MINI dealerships in multiple states (RI, MA, NY) THIS DEALERSHIP GIVES SUBPAR EXPERIENCE ON SERVICE. Do not bring your MINI FOR SERVICE. 10/10 - I do NOT recommend. If you are in Georgia, I only recommend taking your car to the Mini Mall of Georgia dealership.
