My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. I typically approach car-buying with a certain amount of apprehension because I dislike the high-pressure sales tactics that are often associated with the process. However, Pauline, our sales consultant, Markas, the finance manager, and Derrick, the sales manager, completely changed that perception.
Working with them was truly a breath of fresh air. They were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with through email, text, and phone calls. At no point did we feel pressured, and they were always available to answer our questions.
Although the 2027 QX65 in Sunfire Red with a white interior was difficult to find, they were able to locate one for us within a day. We especially appreciated their responsiveness, attention to our needs, and patience as they helped us work through our indecision and find the right vehicle.
