My husband and I were on the hunt for a new 2026 car due to an unexpected car accident prior to Christmas. We had visited several dealerships looking and test driving cars I was interested in. The QX80 Sport was one at the top of my list. When we arrived we were greated by Mark. I am so grateful he was “our guy”! I am also grateful for the help and exceptional service and help from everyone we worked with throughout the process. Mark was professional, knowledgeable just all-around fantastic! This was my first ever new car purchase and Mark and Jana were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! This was our first time in this dealership as well. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership as a whole. I look forward to continuing to bring my NEW CAR to Infinity of Gwinnett for my car to be serviced! Thank you team! The sales people were great and informative. We got a good deal and appreciate the team working with us. The purchase process was painful as there seemed they seemed to be short of staff to get through the process. It turned into 5 hours and the technology on using my phone for the finances and the company iPad was slow and painful.
