Good afternoon.
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to discuss recent services performed on my 2018 Fiat 124 at your shop. I recently spent approximately $4,750 for a variety of services, and I have some concerns that I would like to address.
As you can see by the attached photos, Line Item 8, Check roof drainage for $957, was not performed. Unfortunately, this oversight has resulted in some flooding/water damage to my vehicle. While Keith has graciously offered to have me return to the shop to complete this service, I find this to be quite inconvenient. I would prefer to receive a refund for this particular line item.
Given this situation, I would also like to clarify the specific services included in Line Item 3, the 30K service for $1,007. I would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed breakdown of the tasks completed under this line item so that I can verify that all services were indeed performed.
Further, Line item 8 is inaccurate. I requested a quote for the tail light because it is broken, as in hit by a truck. So I would like clarity on what $180 service was performed to diagnose that obvious issue.
And finally, Keith informed me new rotors were part of line items 4 and 5. The excessive grooves and rusting on the rotors indicate these were not replaced.
