We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. My husband purchased a truck from these guys based on my and my family’s recommendation. After owning the truck for less than a year, it started making this horrible knocking sound from the engine. After finally getting a response, he dropped the truck off with them where they had it for a month. He called numerous times and could not get a call back. After I called to speak to the salesman that my family knows personally, we got a response that they fixed the truck and he could pick it up. Immediately after starting the truck he realized that the issue had not been fixed AND he found a dent and scratch at the hood of the truck caused by the dealership. The engine cover was also scratched. We had no choice but to keep the truck at that point because we were leaving that week for our wedding and then honeymoon. He has attempted over and over to call and they will not even answer the phone to him. I was advised that they have caller ID and can only assume that they are ignoring his calls. We have been nothing but kind and patient with this dealership and now we have no choice but to pursue further action on this them since they don’t have the courtesy to respond to our calls. I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. I have purchased GM Automobiles in Valdosta GA, Ashburn GA, New Orleans Louisiana, Slidell Louisiana, Picayune Mississippi and Gulfport Mississippi. No dealer that I have purchased Automobiles from previously are as great as Jeff Fender Buick GMC in Tifton Georgia. The salesman Ricky is far above any that I have ever delt with. The first time I met Ricky I knew he was there to find out what I wanted and get it for me. Ricky listened to me and very quickly found me the car I wanted. Ricky did not push me to buy something I didn't want. He was very detailed to explain everything. Dale also approached me an let me know if I needed anything he would help me with my needs. Ricky introduced me to the service department. All of the salesman were introduced to me and all are extremely nice. I have purchased several cars using Ricky as the salesman and will continue going to him at Jeff Fender Buick GMC to purchase all my cars. They are the best

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.

I took my GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax in for service and Wendell and the rest of the guys at Nalley took care of me and the leaking differential and transfer case. Easy Care (my extended warranty) at first refused to honor the repair but Wendell worked with the dealership that I purchased my truck from and they were able to get Easy Care to cover the repairs. They have also done all of the maintenance on my wife's Honda. Great dealership.....Thanks!

While on a trip to FL my Suburban's alternator went out. From my cell phone I called information for GM dealer in Macon. Once on the phone with service department, at 4:15pm, they directed me to their facility, called back every 5 min to make sure I was still mobile and were standing outside waiting on me (held 2 mechanics from quiting time so my service would be fast). Within the hour I was back on the road. For the next 40 or so mins I received phone calls from either a service person or sales person wanting to know if everything was going well with the repair and to let me know they were available if I needed. GREAT FOLKS!!! Will definately go to Macon for my next GM auto/truck purchase!!!<br>

Had a cigarette lighter receptacle replaced. The part was $4.93 and they charged $165 labor to pull 2 panels and insert new receptacle....THIEVES.....$169.93 total bill for the receptacle....

I recent purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Summit from Nesmith in Jesup. The day I drove off the lot I began having problems. Called my salesperson, called service manager, called owner about tire and alignment issues that had confirmed by another dealer. Nesmith promised me it was perfect and if not they would take care of it. They have done nothing. No issues resolved. They literally took my money, sold me a truck with problems and wanted me to go away. I do NOT recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from Nesmith and really hope Chevy Corp. looks into this. Furious customer!!!!!!!
