It is now 8 months since I bought my car from Crown Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the price they told me, which was a very good price) and I gave that 5 stars on Google at the time because there are no more stars than that to give. Here I am this much later and I had a question so I sent it to Chris Lowry, who sold me my car in the first place. Chris followed up the same day with a response and is going to research my question and get back to me. That is real customer service. This place is like no car dealer I have ever been to. I am so glad I bought from here.

I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they are literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the icing on the cake is my recent experience with the service department. For some reason, I was having some issues with sensors in my car popping up on the dashboard. I took it in, they looked at it, quickly gave me a fresh loaner, brand new XC40 (man that thing is zippy!), and I was on my way. The new sensor delivery took longer than expected, this was around the holiday times, and Juan Mesa at customer service kept me updated perfectly. He expected quicker turnaround, told me the bad news when there was a delay, didn't sugar coat it, and just kept me up to date. We are getting the car back today, and I don't know if I explained it properly, but Juan's overall demeanor and just being on top if it was refreshing, as most companies aren't like that these days!!! Anyways, highly recommend Volvo N. Miami and Juan Mesa. Thank you!!!

Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. Skip buying a vehicle from Daytona Beach Gunther dealership as it will become your worst nightmare, once the deal is done, they could care less about you, and they are unprofessional and rude making it the most horrible experience you will ever have buying a vehicle and you will never want to return When purchasing a vehicle from Gunther Volvo, the finance manager sells you all types of Warranty products. One for a fact that I know is worthless is there Appearance Protection as it does not cover dents, dings and scratches, so you are told they will. Then to top it off, When you’re financing your vehicle, they can mess up the paperwork in which you have to go through the finance company to get the finances corrected. The reason is even after advise them directly and they claim they handled it, they don’t follow thru. Then when you call a second time to advise the finance manager who is unavailable and you leave a message they don’t return your call. The end result is you have to go to the finance company and have them correct the problem and they will contact the dealership and get the proper paperwork. Then they call you with a rude and arrogance and claim they can monitor and check all your phone calls to verify you were not there. You didn’t call and you did nothing and you gave them a bad review and they complain. If they would do their job and treat their customer with value and respect they would get a good review. My advice, do not purchase a vehicle from Daytona Beach Gunther Dealerships, you will be much happier person following that advice.

Was Traveling out of Indiana XC90 and as another review my AC went out. Called VOS (Volvo of Sarasota) made an appointment and brought the car in. Primary contact made was with Jimmy Lander (Asst. Service Manager) Within 20 mins Jimmy comes back with a diagnoses of both condensers are leaking and that the cost would be $5,500 dollars but he would have the car complete in 6 hours.(Really) Well being a mechanical Engineer in the Automotive industry for 40 years told me Jimmy was full of POOP. I paid my $250. to get my car back After which I took to another dealer where the car was sniffed and then black lighted for leaks where none were found any where near a condenser put in a inner valve assembly and the problem was fixed at NO COST (I purchased lunch for their shop) I have to say stay away if your car is out of Warranty because the next person may just believe what they hear !! If your looking for a reputable shop go to NAPA and ask the guy behind the counter if he knows of a good VOLVO shop that they deliver components to,,,, He knows.

Such a great experience with Volvo of Melbourne! From start to finish the experience was seamless. My sales guy, Andy, was very informative on the make of car I purchased. The sales manager, Mark, was very personal and negotiated my deal before I ever stepped foot in the door. They gave me a great price on the car I purchased and for my trade-in. The finance manager was also wonderful and walked me through everything, taking the time to answer all my questions. This was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. He is the best sales man I have encountered. Mike in the finance is very helpful and will give you helpful advice on you loan options.
