I purchased a Mazda RX8 from J&C and the second day I got it, it broke down on I75. I had it towed to the dealership and they repaired the car but then had it in the shop 2 more times within 2 months... ( brakes were shot, new master cylinder, slave cylinder, A/C wasn't working right, Gear shift knob fell off (had to fix myself), wiper blades were shot, tag light was broken (repaired myself) , .I told them the tire alert light was on and they said they checked the tires and they were fine....after 3 months and taking it to have the oil changed, I was told that all 4 tires were 12 lbs low and the car had less than a quart of oil in it!!!! I am very dissatisfied with them and when I tried to get them to change out the car with something else, they refused!!!! Word of Caution...... only use them as a last resort and have the car checked out before purchasing!!!! I have purchased with them before but this time , they have totally lost my business and referrals.

I would NOT recomend anyone go through jd byrider for a vehicle...i got my car through them a year ago and the week i got it the backs to my seats fell off and 3 out of 4 of my doorhandles fell out...and thats not even the bad part...recently i was in a car accident when a man came through the light and hit me and he refused to take responsibility for it so i call my insurance that jd byrider set me up with to find out that they wouldnt pay to fix my car either so i called jd byrider and had to go through the insurance through them and they totaled my car out...my car had 5000 dollars worth of damage and they gave jd byrider 3000 dollars and now not only am i out of a car i also have to pay jd burider 7000 dollars .... I was paying 19,000 for a car that was only worth 10,000...so for anuone who wants to b ripped off that would be the place to go...yes they make it sound good with the low down payment and putting you in a car based on your income but reguarding what ur income is your not going to get the car you want they give you a choice of a few cars they choses for you and by the time its all said and done you will pay double what its worth or you could be like me without a car and still have to pay them....i will never go through jd byrider again and i will recomend everyone i know to do the same they are nothing but a rip off i would rather walk before i go through them again...

Upon returning home from a business trip, my wrangler would not start at Orlando airport, it was towed to a shop in Kissimmee. After they had my wrangler for a week and failed to find the problem, I had it towed to Jimmie Vickers. Why Jimmie Vickers? That is where I bought the Jeep, and have had it serviced there since 2003. They have always treated me fairly and provided top-notch service. Within half a day, the problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired. Although they were already swamped with work, they found time to get me back on the road knowing I'd been without my Jeep and paying for a rental. I just can't say enough about the entire crew!

I bought an 09 1500 from a different dealership on the beach in 2018, i was having a re-occuring problem with some sensors. after three months a new transmission the problem was still there. i called Bob Forte Motors and i feel like a fool for not going directly to me. they fixed the problem in four days, and i dropped it off Friday after hours and picked it up Monday afternoon. this was in the spring. since then i have had a lot of work done to my truck , a lot of it preventative maintenance, and they have been straight shooters. i cannot foresee taking my vehicle anywhere else. they are located 26 miles from my house and they are worth the drive. The price may be a little high on labor but good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. I just found a place with cheaper tires and installation closer to my house, but I am still going to see Anthony. I love the way i feel when i leave, not a worry in the world that my ride is anything less than reliable and ready. thank you so much!!!!! Robert Beauchamp

Buyer Beware! This is one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever encountered! I was bought this car from out of state because it had low mileage and a great price. I contacted Magic Motors and was put in touch with Julian. He assured me the car was great. He emailed that there were no mechanical problems, it ran perfectly, and I would have no problem registering it. His exact words - "it's in good mechanical order." Since I couldn't take it on a test drive, he offered to do a video chat while he test drive it for me. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable enough to get the car. I was a little shocked when he said he would arrange shipping and the company he chose was $200 more than every company I called. I ended up going with my shipping company. I also started to get a little concerned when I told him I had arranged pick up for the next day and he said he needed a 2-3 day notice. Upon arrival my car looked great and the interior was very clean. However, I was only able to drive it for less than 8 miles before the check engine light came on. Julian knew that I lived in Georgia and I made it clear to him that we have emission testing that we must pass in order to register our cars. Also, the car was making a very strange rattle. I took the car to my mechanic (and got pulled over and got a warning because the title wasn't mailed until 10 days after the sale and I had NO proof of ownership except for my emails) and he said my car was in no way in "good mechanical order" it was barely drivable! Among various problems, I had emission codes pop up that had to be fixed in order to register the car, my radiator was fracked, I had two oil leaks, zip tied parts AND THERE WAS A 70,000 mile descepency on the odometer! I immediately got in contact with my bank and they said I could absolutely dispute my charge and get my money back. I called, emailed and texted Magic Motors. Julian promised to make things right. He even admitted to their mechanic clearing the check engine light to keep the cost of the car down (because they don't have emissions testing in FL.) He asked me to send in the estimate from my mechanic and I did. I went ahead and authorized the repairs because Julian gave me his word that they were going to fix this and that this wasn't their normal business practice. I followed up with Julian and that's when he told me they would not cover labor only the parts and that they would send me parts. WHAT?! They sent me a defective car and now they want me to trust the parts they send? Not to mention, at this point my car is nearly finished. I told them that wasn't acceptable, honestly, they should cover all of the emissions related repairs, but if not covering labor is their policy then they needed to at least cover the parts. Nothing Now they are ignoring all forms of communications. There is nothing more I can do, but warn people about them. They are deceptive at best and will not fix their mistakes, and I would definitely beware of Julian! FYI- They have an F on BBB, two reports filed on Ripoffreport.com and if you look through the reviews on cars.com- you'll notice that 64 of them are posted in a 3 day span (boosting there own score).

Magic Motors had a vehicle I was interested in, and I contacted them. They let me know there was a mistake with the posting, and it was not the correct transmission. They immediately corrected the post. A lot of dealerships will post false information to trick people, but Magic Motors seems to have just made a mistake, and they cleared it up pronto. Wish they had the car I wanted!!!! lol

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. We purchased a vehicle for this dealership, and within HOURS (after only driving for less than 30 miles), the car stalled, would not accelerate, and we could not change gears. We reached out to them, and they arranged for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle (for which we were very grateful). While the tow truck driver placed the car on the tow truck's bed, we observed transmission fluid on the floor. Three days later, they told us that the problem was that the transmission drain plug must have fallen off as it was missing. TWO days later, the engine and the tire pressure sensor lights turned on. We took the vehicle to our trusted mechanic and discovered the following issues: -The transmission gasket is leaking. -Failed catalytic converter -Bad breaks (left front almost metal to metal) -Worn shocks - New tires are needed, along with two new tire pressure sensors. -Observed the passenger front tire assembly and the headlight are in a much newer condition than the rest of the car, with markings on the nuts and lines where they need to be re-tinted after a replacement. The mechanic suspected the vehicle was in an accident and was not reported. -Also, suspect the odometer was disconnected or replaced. Therefore, the recorded driven miles are inaccurate, and the car has way more than the 45,560 miles reported. Overall the car is in worst shape than we initially thought. Being a 2017 Hyundai vehicle with 45,560 miles, we expected the car to be in a much better condition. Yes, it is a used vehicle, and a few issues are expected (oil change, breaks, and possibly tires), but not a replacement of the catalytic converter, the transmission leaking, new shocks ,or a car with a fraudulent odometer and an undisclosed accident. We contacted them again to return the vehicle or at least cover some of the repair costs (in total, over $5000). They entirely refused and did not want to work with us, claiming that they did not know what we had done to the vehicle since we purchased it. We have only had the car for ten days, 3 of which were in their possession, and have driven at most 70 miles (50 of them to drive from the leadership to our residence). We suggested taking it to their trusted mechanic or a Hyundai dealership to confirm our findings, but they refused. They do not inspect their vehicles before they are sold. DO NOT BUY from this place.

This Dealership is the worst to buy a car from. They have changed their name from Leilnger Auto Sales Inc. To Neighborhood Auto Sales simply because they provide terrible service they have terrible reviews. I purchased A car from them in 2009 and paid the vehicle off in 2010.After dealing with a repo, them disappearing without a trace,and mailing payments, I finally paid the vehicle off. They are trying to charge me even more money for me to retrieve my title.They treat people like they are animals. I tried my very best to cooperate with him, by keeping in contact if I made any changes. I called them constantly, left messages, and no respond. I know my rights, and this is not fair for this business to take advantage of innocent people.
