I Icalled to inquire about a vehicle that was just received with photos or price. They gave me a price on 2008 BMW 750 LI for $14500 by salesman. They do credit application over the phone Run my credit at least 10-15 times 4-5 days go by I never received a call back on credit application. I called back talk to manager. The price of car now goes up $1000 instantly. I called on the price increase and the manager says he will honor original price I was given Red flags all around. This dealership has moved from 4 locations in Sarasota in past 2 years. Original on rte 41 to bee ridge to rte 301 and now on stickney pioint. Now they are calling their dealership on the website Luxury Auto. This is shady operation. Stay away. I never got approved on loan I do not think. I never got a return call. Just many excuses. Warning. Shop elsewhere. Check past reviews.

I purchased a 2015 AMG Package Mercedes C300 in November. I want to Thank Mr. Dan and the owners for dealing w/ my tough Father and I. I'm on my 2nd car in less than 2 years. The 1st had so many problems they gave up and gave me a 2nd one.. The second one has been in service a total of 5 weeks since March, not counting all the other times since July 2020 and STILL NOT FIXED but I keep paying for what they think the problem is. Oh, and they don't give loaners so plan on being without any transportation while the junk they buy keeps going back in for service. The more reviews I research the more I find it's the norm. Too bad I have NO PEACE OF MIND!!! I have problem after problem. Expense after expense. Inconvenience after inconvenience. And so many missed work days my job is in jeopardy. Yet, my car loan is ALWAYS paid!!! I pay for a vehicle I can't use!

Don't ever buy a car from this dealer !!! And don't make any deals with SAM ! A personal deal was made on a truck and when it came down to pay off the truck before the year he claimed he never made the deal and bumped up the price thousands more! He screwed us completely and is very rude ! Kept hanging up phone ! There is no professionalism at all with him !! And he screams and customers and I was insulted once by him. Horrible place

I took my kia forte to be check for stalling and after $1,700 they told me that they change the timing chain and that was noting else they could do and gave it back to me with the same stalling problem that it went in for. Also when my wife went to pick it up the car stalled outside the dealer in Sebring just when she pulled out and they told her that she needed to get a tow truck, didn't even help a stranded customer. Now I found out that there is a recall for the oil pump that might damage the engine but they haven't call me about it. Allan Jay I hope you are aware of what your dealer are doing to the customer unless you are in it.

This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it would. Mountain America WILL NOT lend the fool amount on a branded or rebuilt vehicle. He said to take these papers into the bank and everything will be fine. Well it's not fine. He kept saying, "If you have a good working relationship with they will lend 100%. I can literal reference hundreds of times this has worked." That's right blame us for your error in not taking us they would only lend at 60% at best. If you've encountered this over one hundred times you knew this would happen and you said NOTHING! I asked the credit union about this statement, they said that's illegal. My wife's credit is down almost 60 points thanks to these individuals.

I went to CarMax while waiting to pick someone up from the airport. Even though I was clearly window shopping, the salesman took me around the lot, showed me numerous vehicles and helped me refine my car search. I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer near my house in Alachua, but if they had not had what I wanted, I would have been willing to go back to Orlando or to Jacksonville to purchase a vehicle. Maybe Carmax should come to the Gainesville area.:)
