Absolutely horrible dealership. From the top(owner/president) to the bottom. Parts department overprices by 30%+. Rude stealership. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this place.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

Poor service department experience. Charged $397.00 for a lousy oil change and fuel and oil additive. Said they washed vehicle prior to handing in back… they didn’t‼️ At under 20,000 miles tires were falling apart in chunks, dealership blamed tire company, tire company said deal with dealership… get the picture… If your not appreciated for buying a $60,000 dollar vehicle, then buy a Subaru because they have always given me respect and value for my time and money‼️

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this
