Horrible, Very Short with the you when asking questions. If you are lucky enough to pay your car off they will HOLD your TITLE and give you the RUN AROUND! They are a JOKE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VAL U CAR/ INDI CAR. THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED! I Would give NO STARS if possible!

I would not recommend this dealership!!! I was really disappointed with their services. The point of contact as well as the owner hung up the phone on me. Vero Lincoln Mercury Jeep Vespa (Vero LMJV) sells and services Vespa's. I brought my vintage Vespa 1980 100 Sport to have it serviced there as it wasn't running. They got it to run. The Vespa was then delivered to my home in Palm Beach County ... and after I rode it for about 15 minutes, it stopped running properly. Since Vero is a bit far from me ... West Palm Beach, I decided to take it to a well-known Vespa repair shop in Ft. Lauderdale. These people have been working on Vespa's for 30 years. After looking over the scooter, they told me that the work done by Vero LMJV was "very poor". They basically had to redo what Vero LMJV did, in order to make sure the machine would run properly. They also said the fee I paid to have the work done was too high. So ... after hearing all of this, I really felt like I wasted a lot of money ... as any other consumer would. I attempted to start a dialogue with Vero LMJV to see if I could have some of my money refunded, and they simply did not want to hear any of it. As I said, they dealt with me by hanging up the phone. They were simply nasty. Anyway ... I might not be able to get my money back ... but at least I can let as many people as possible know what occurred and how I was treated.

The value of a company is gauged when it changes lemons into lemonade. I had a 2 pm appointment for a battery change and it took much longer. The service writer, Justine, was on top it from start to finish and the service manager got involved when it became obvious I was getting antsy. They gave me a steep discount accompanied with profuse apologies. They earned my business. Well done.

these are the answers i got from them " uhh it could be " or : well we dont know " " or Lets get you to come back next week " when the all the lights came back on and i spoke to donna lady her response was we fixed what we could and what the codes came from the reader .. tried telling me there was lights on the dash and they didnt have any errors .. took the car to Kingsport the dealership there was able to get all issues fixed with a few hours . .. dont charge someone for work if you do not know how to repair the car correctly ..

BEWARE: I bought my car there because the idle was dropping when stopped and the car has bad hesitation. The tech looked at my car and test drove it, he put it on the machine to read the codes. And supposedly he visually inspected it he told me he couldn't find anything wrong and the test drive was fine. I paid them $50.00 and took the car I didn't get 3 blocks away and the car was doing the same thing. I turned around and went back and the tech told he doesn't know what's wrong he said he would clean the throttle body and clean the fuel ejectors for $169.00 I asked will that fix the problem and he told me I don't know. So I didn't do it, I took the car home and went on the Mazda forums. The very first thing it said to check was the rubber intake hose from the air box to the throttle body. I went out and looked at the car and mine had 2 big rips in the hose. I taped up the hose and the car is running fine now, so I ordered a new hose. I called them up to let them know this and tell them I will a little upset about this as I trusted them to find the problem. I was basically told that they didn't care and would not do anything for me. So I would beware of this shop they will rip you off.
