The manager Gini was very nice and accommodating. Overall was good experience, however when I went to pick up my vehicle after a recap repaired I waited about 30 minutes to get my car, the receptionist didn't called my advisor until several minutes later. There was no respect for customer time.

Second review for the same awesome person! Go see David for all of your vehicle needs. His service doesn’t stop after the sale. I recently purchased a vehicle from David and had an emergency light come on. I reached out to David in a bit of a panic due to the nature of the alert and knowing I have a cross country trip in about 9 days. Within 10 minutes of messaging David, not only did he respond to me but had Noah from the Service Dept call me to set up a time to bring my vehicle for inspection. I’m hoping to be able to write a 3rd rave review once my vehicle is looked over and fixed. Either way Pete Moore will have my business because of David!

I decided to take my gti for service at South VW after a horrible experience with the "other vw" dealer around. - that's another review altogether. My expectations were not high after that experience, but I was very surprised by the service. Aurelio the service advisor explained to me that the issue with my transmission would require a reprogram and it the car would be ready by the end of the day. Sure I thought. I was very please to get a call from him near the end of the day telling me the car was ready. I was actually caught off base and had to scramble to get a ride to the dealer. I got there a little after service dept closed but the actually had all paperwork ready and waiting for me. Needless to say I was very happy to have my baby back the same day. They even washed and cleaned the car.

He is always attentive, kind, concerned and willing to help in everything, I must also thank the Service person who attended me José L Bringas. It took me a month to get my oil changed. I left a message for a call back twice, they never called. Then they said earliest appointment was for a drop off. Ok did that but they asked why do that? Just wait! Did that too but the inconvenience of finding someone to drop me off was rediculous as was this whole experience. I won’t return ever to this dealership.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.
