ZERO STARS for service department. FEMALES BEWARE My daughter visited the service department with explicit instructions to delete the transmission DTC Codes, reset the VLP Counters and do a transmission diagnostic. Service writer basically told her that we are Ram certified and the tech will do it correctly. She visited the dealership this morning and was told that she needed a new transmission in her Promaster. The codes were not cleared and the explanation was that they'd come back on anyways. This code comes on after 2,000 miles of fault detection. Service writer refused to do the job that was requested and charged for the diagnostics. "P1745 – Line Pressure Too High for Too Long. This code is for 62TE and typically requires the "Clear Variable Line Pressure (VLP) Counters” procedure to be performed with a scanner under miscellaneous functions" "The P1745 code sets when transmission line pressure has been too high for too long. This can be set by an internal trans issue (not likely), the line pressure solenoid, the solenoid's wiring, an inaccurate line pressure sensor or it's wiring, or an internal failure in the powertrain control module" "The p1745 code is informational for the tech. Your transmission is operating in open loop line pressure for 2000 miles or 1000 2-3 upshifts. Tranny not designed to operate in open-loop for extended period. To erase the DTC you need to reset the VLP shift counter and the output tooth counter"

I'm giving them a four star rating due to the fact that in my opinion the Diamond Coating they sell for the interior/exterior of vehicles is an inferior product that I purchased an now having issues with the exterior and they are giving me the run around. Yet the Dealership is where the car received this coating and they're not standing behind the product. The coating is currently peeling off the seams on the roof of my 2020 Challenger that the manufacturer is not honoring the guaranty due to the fact that it's not a paint issue; yet in letter from them they tell you to have repaired and re-apply the Diamond Coating again! Who in their right mind would re-apply a product that's going to peel off again and the cost of product. I paid $1600.00 for this coating and I'm finding out it's junk. There has to be other vehicles experiencing these conditions if they bought the product! I guess I'm the only one criticizing the outcome.

I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. This is a well know defective part that should be replaced by Ram. This was my experience, I hope yours is better.

I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn 3500 6.7 diesel dually. I kept having trouble with the engine light coming on. The code indicated there was a problem with the transmission. I took the truck here to Suncoast and the technician, Jason Dale quickly determine the cause of the problem, and fix the transmission. I'm very happy with the dealership and with jason. He also gave me tips about prolonging the life of my transmission that I really appreciated.

I had my 2020 Durango towed in June 12th after the motor was flooded and needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the estimate in 5 days and accardi had the check 2 days later. NO communication impossible to get someone to call back, text, email i tried them all. I physically had to go to the dealership just to find out what was going on. I did not get my Durango back until August 2nd. and when they finally said it was ready the ticket was closed out on the 31st of July. They held my vehicle to make numbers at the end of the month. They jerked me around for seven weeks. They Suck
