I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this

Seems hit or miss….some reviews are complimentary, equally as many are scary. Based on my experience thus far with the body shop, unfortunately I can’t comment on the workmanship…I haven’t heard a peep. It’s been days and at least as many calls in to them for any update at all, and at least as many promises from them to give me a quick jingle. Haven’t received that call yet …. Customer service rating so far……poor

During a multipoint inspection and test drive of the car, a warranty issue was discovered and immediately taken care of. This proactive step prevented the issue from possibly becoming a more serious problem. I appreciate Porsche Naples !!!

Superior Service to all others - kdean

I recently purchased a Carerra Porsche in Dallas and unfortunately needed service immediately to remedy some issues. After visiting three Porsche dealerships I soon realized there was something special at Orr Porsche of Destin and chose them. Not only did they resolve all issues; they went above and beyond what was just requested. I was able to have my car re-certified properly through them as well! I only wished I had purchased there to begin with. Margaret, Bob in Service are superb, as well as Cameron over the dealership. Seriously Kudos to Destin for such a small town to up Dallas In all areas to me.:-)

Driving from Monthomery, AL to Odessa, Fl, we encountered - dwreid1947

Driving from Monthomery, AL to Odessa, Fl, we encountered difficulties after we crossed into Florida. Temp gauge went to the max and a red warning light came on. We stopped, checked the coolant, which was down. We added just over a gallon, let the car sit and cool down, and then got back in the road. We got gas in Perry and there were no problems. When we got near Weeki Watchee the temp gauge maxed out again. We stopped in a lighted parking lot, checked the fluids, and called the insurance company, who dispatched a wrecker. Within an hour a wrecker had the car loaded, and was enroute to Tampa. Our son drove from Odessa and picked us up. The next day we received a call from Ryan, the service advisor. We provided him with the history and he said they'd get on it. They actually worked on the car Thanksgiving day, and the mechanic sent a video showing not only the main problem, but several other items that needed to be addressed. Most pressing was the failed water pump, so we gave the go ahead to take care of it. We wnt to the dealership the next day, and everyone we met and spoke with were very helpful. One young man asked if we'd like the car washed, so while we were taking care of the paperwork, he had the car cleaned, inside and out. We are extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and customer service attitude of the employees at the dealership and have already decided that "We'll be back!!" Thank you to Ryan and his co-workers for the customer service and can-do attitude - especially on Thanksgiving day!
