I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership the sales staff was great but what makes a business wonderful is after the sale and I must say that Sara in the service department is amazing with her pleasant attitude and commitment to customers is outstanding she makes you feel that if you have a problem with your vehicle it will be taken care she needs to teach a class on customer service

Nissan Titan lasted 120k miles, then the transmission failed. They tell you it’s backed with a 1million mile warranty when they sell it you. I even purchased the 6k dollar extended warranty at purchase. Then when it breaks down they refuse to fix it and offer you a 4k dollar repair bill. When did it start being okay to lie and cheat customers who have spent 40- 50k dollars with you. I am disgusted with Lee Nissan and regret buying a truck from them. It was definitely the last one. Don’t make the same mistake.

This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in for major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic and he blew out lines, fixed the problem for a fraction of their estimated cost!!! Back again with inflow and sensor issues. They did not fix the initial problem, stalled out on highway- THREE tows and $260 in the whole to bring BACK and I’m being quoted over $1000 dollars for something that should be covered under warranty and my battery all of a sudden doesn’t work!!!! Service center agents are condescending and apathetic. I feel they think I have no idea about cars and are trying to railroad me!!! Customer service in general is below satisfactory!!! I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly on more than one occasion! There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything just a ridiculous quote! The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits and they don’t care if they fix it or I take it somewhere else! I’ve been with this dealership for 20+ years, however under this new management it has gone downhill! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Nissan of Saint Augustine again 😤

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this

I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.
