I needed an oil change and they took me right in. It only took a short time and I was done. Very nice people and so helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They provided their customers with a complimentary coffee machine and cold bottles of water. Also provided complimentary snacks. I’m very happy with the service there.

The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff.
