I HIGHLY recommend Century Kia of Tampa. I came in through the internet to shop for Kia EV Winds. The ladies in the internet department were amazing. Very courteous and direct with the answers to my questions. I was not able to purchase a Kia from Century Kia because I live over an hour and a half away. BUT I was so impressed with the internet department's work that I wanted to recognize their professionalism.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

I dropped my car for full service oil and filter, tire rotation, and alignment. At the end the alignment report was not in my statements. I asked for it and the manager said the printer was not working so they didn't print it. I asked them to email it to me and he said the printer was not working so they don't have the report. He said came back later and we will check it again...Really?? Why they didn'tthink aboutvitvwhenbtheybwere charging my card? If they really did the service why there is no record or proof in their system? I have two other cars that goes to other dealerships and have never seen or heard something like that. They could've and should've checked the alignment rightaway. It was 5pm and they close at 9pm. Everybody is busy and people's time is valuable. How they expect to waist my time another day to go there because they didn't have the record of completing my service!
