Just know that your vehicle is in good hands. I bought an used car here and it’s been a couple of years already and had no problems. They have an advanced coffee maker that crushes the beans to make you fresh coffee. They also have a vending machine and plenty of space where you could sit comfortably to wait for your car. They also have a few tables, a TV, and offer free WI-FI

From estimate to vehicle pick up, a smooth and seamless experience. Got called twice a week with updates on repair progress. Finished work was second to none. This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. I was looking for flaws but didn't find any. Thank you Mike, Jon and the rest of the team for taking good care of my car.

Very knowable and great job installing the brake pads and determined that the rotators were ok and the old pads were worn completely out like paper thin. The technician was great keeping me informed as she progressed through the task. Work completed on time and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to install the brake pads.

Not well enough staffed with knowledgeable PHEV technicians to diagnose electronic issues,thus repairs take longer than they should for a company that has been doing PHEVs longer than the rest. Although management will try to accommodate the customer with a loner vehicle, they just don't have enough of those to deal with the staffing issue and the backlog of repairs.

The Pete Moore Dealership has the number 1 “Sales and Service Team” in all of Pensacola Florida. I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”. It starts at the top with: General Manager Mike, Sales Manager Jeff and Service Manager Monty. I will always purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Now 3 of my neighbors have VW’s!!
