RUN TO JENKINS MAZDA service center!!! I recommend it 1000000X over and it will be my new dealership of choice! There are not enough stars that I can give Katelyn and Justin at the Jenkins Mazda service center!!!! I normally handle everything with my Mazda but service with my ABS, I needed some help. After having a HORRIBLE experience with Mazda in Gainesville. I called Katelyn, and she got me in ASAP. She made me feel like all my thoughts were valid and told me everything was going to be ok. I truly felt so taken care of at Jenkins. A complete 180 from the Gainesville experience. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Justin about all the information I had collected before arriving and NEVER once did I feel put down. He took all the information I had and made sure to keep me updated as things progressed. I never felt pressured and was fully informed the whole time! Thank you, Katelyn and Justin, for taking away my dealership fear!

Was having a rear brake problem. I went to the parts department and talked to Donnie. He immediately recognized my problem, sold me the correct part and a few hours later my car was good as new I highly recommend mazda FWB.

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this

I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.
