The repair of my 328i was the worst experience I've ever had with a previously highly respected and appreciated dealership. Parts had fallen off of my car by the time i got the car home the day I picked it up. What was supposed to be a 2 day repair turned into a 2 week joke. I had to continuously remind them what needed to be looked at even though they are the ones that wrote the repair estimate. When I called about the parts that went missing on the one hour drive home I got voice mail and crickets. Don't walk away from Tom Bush, run!!!
