First when we arrived we found out that the person we had been texting with all along throughout the evening and next morning wasn’t even Michelle Marconi, whom we thought we were speaking with and which was identifying as, but was “Tai” Store Manager. This is kind of scary because, I was really worried about not being able to trust anyone if you can’t trust the person you are texting to tell you their name and it’s a business trying to sell a Car! Willing to Negotiate, Our Sales Person Joel, was Knowledgeable about the TOYOTA Avalon in which is the Car we purchased. We are still waiting to receive the electronic key fob, in which the last owner didn’t turn in! Hopefully Joel, our Salesman will follow up as promised to retrieve the Electronic FOB. The Dealership was busy so we had to wait for an extended time for Finance to Collect the Money! The Car is very nice and we love our new car! Thank you Joel for your help!

Went in for recall repair. Handled with no problem. The shop performed additional servicing that was needed voluntarily. The Service Coordinator, Kevin Mullins, was very helpful and handled the details conscientiously and, I feel, went to extremes to make my experience very positive.

As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last two service visits. He communicated the needs/options for service and the completion of work. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and washed before pickup and the costs were clearly explained (warranty vs consumer) and warranty parts were ordered in a timely manner. Cody is a major reason for our using this dealership for service. Kia Autosport of Pensacola is blessed to have staff like him.

You know it's more rare than it should be to have a pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. This was different. First off, the reason I was at the dealership was to have service done on my 2023 Stinger. I sort of tangentially was looking at a new Kia EV6, contemplating my life with a full electric vehicle. Before you know it I was headed down that rabbit hole. So as Alan (service manager) was wrapping a flawless service experience, I was in great hands with Jason, my salesperson. While the car buying experince still takes way too long (it shouldn't ever need more than 2 hours) - the process couldn't have been smoother. Bill Byrd Kia gets my highest recommendation.

Serg was especially helpful during my last visit. Kevin Summers is the most professional salesman I've ever encountered (2 vehicles purchased with his help in the last 6 years)

Bad service. Do not buy a car in this dealer. They crashed my car when the mechanic was driving my car for testing the ac. Nobody took responsability of it. The managers Joe Benitez and Jimmy Contreras did not do anything for me. I was very disappointed because my car was pretty new and in excellent condition.
