My purchase of a new 2023 Kia Sportage SX in early June of 2022 was smooth and efficient at only 2 hours as I had already researched and test-driven models. I put a lot of miles on my cars (100K on this one) so regular maintenance is a must. I may do oil changes elsewhere during travel, and will install engine and cabin filters myself, but the dealer service has been outstanding and reliable so I use them often. Also, the continuity of the service advisor, Harry Parmar, has tracked recommended service items I had deferred on the previous visit.

Manny Pena in the service dept is a rock star. He has always taken care of my wife and her vehicle and recently it was in for repairs when hurricane Milton headed this way. It took my wife over three hours to get to the dealership to pick up her care. Manny left message with someone who was waiting for her after closing and as soon as she arrived greeted her and made sure she was taken care of. She was almost in tears after the day she had and how far the dealership went to take care of her. Soooo impressed I’d buy a Kia if they made a big truck!!

You know it's more rare than it should be to have a pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. This was different. First off, the reason I was at the dealership was to have service done on my 2023 Stinger. I sort of tangentially was looking at a new Kia EV6, contemplating my life with a full electric vehicle. Before you know it I was headed down that rabbit hole. So as Alan (service manager) was wrapping a flawless service experience, I was in great hands with Jason, my salesperson. While the car buying experince still takes way too long (it shouldn't ever need more than 2 hours) - the process couldn't have been smoother. Bill Byrd Kia gets my highest recommendation.
