My service at the Hyundai dealership unlike any I had had there before. My service representative was Ernesto and he saw to it that my service was completed exactly as we had agreed. He kept me informed at every step of the process. As the sales representative, Odadson, spoke with me regarding my auto preferences, my plans to acquire another vehicle, and the value of my present vehicle, he was respectful, considerate and forthright in the information he shared. He brought a 2025 vehicle to present to me, but in no way did he attempt to push a sale. Rather, his interest was that I learn about the new safety features available since I had indicated that I did not like the new body styling of the Santa Fe. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

Today, after the oil change we received courteous customer service from Jonathan Simons after viewing a nice new 2026 Kona, and we purchased the comfortable car which we needed after major surgery. We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

He was very patient and understanding about the limited availability I had to get my car worked on. I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go.

I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!!
