Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

Great service and great people. These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. My last service was great. Mike Gillespie and his crew were able to find a car key we lost inside the minivan. The key had been lost for almost a year. My wife and I and my mother-in-law spent at least an hour each looking for this key, with no luck. But these service team did it. They found the key! Thanks Mike.
