Took F150 in for cam phasers. Got it back leaking coolant. Replaced the water pump, got it back still leaking coolant. Took it back, they then said it was the coolant reservoir, $800 they replaced that, got it back, STILL leaking coolant. Went back, then they said it was the turbo coolant line, would be another $2100 to fix. They are either scamming people or their service department is completely incompetent. Would not recommend for service.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I tried to paste a copy of my invoice showing what I asked to have fixed but it won't allow me to do so. I will continue to look for a way to post it. It's important to me that people understand how th dealership operates. I was recommended to Bill Jarrett by another business person. He tried to help me get the service I needed without good results. He apologized to me for recommending Jarrett Ford. Teca Scruggs was moved to a different department and was also unable to help resolve the issue.

I have always been pleased by the service department’s ability to get me set up with an appointment whether it be for service or handling a couple of Ford recalls in a timely manner. I have always been able to wait in their comfortable lounge area for the work to be done and find myself leaving in less time than I had expected.

An auto accident is, for most people, a frightening experience. My BMW 750LI, with every "Bell & Whistle," affords me extraordinary "JOY;"the BMW advertising agency hit it right on the head recently when this campaign was introduced. BMW is very special;I realize now, that it is not just the BMW vehicle, but the entire experience. Pior to an auto accident, I always looked forward to going to this dealership for service, and, while having free coffee, Starbuck's at that, just meander visiting the parts department (by golly, I always purchase something such as the BM Championnship shirts, wallets, key chains, about twenty caps, Clothing, cast replicas, of the 750LI, And, visiting with the personnel afforded me the opportunity to feel so very special, almost like visiting a five star hotel. Well before the most recent ad campaign, I was filled with JOY;oh, my, what a joyous occasion. My eexperience at the Lauderdale Collision Center has beren unique!!!!!!! Typically, in my opinion, visiting a collision center previously has been the least glamorous, most fearful, least pleasant, most anoying experience with all vehicles other than BMW. Doubtless to say, customers are in a much different frame of mind when their "Baby(BMW") is damaged and, the customer, in most cases, is recovedring from an injury of one sort or another. My experience has been nothing but fantastic!!!!!!!I believe that Mr. Steve Suppo, the Manager, Mr. Richard Simms, the Associate Managder, & especially, Omar, the chief Technician(he should be promoted if he is not in this position already,) appear to LOVE what they do. They are a reflection of Mr. Steve Suppo. I think that, if I were the President of BMW, I would get off my Butt, visit them, and tell them personally what great l;pove they are affording your customes. As a matter of fact, I would have all sales personnel visit the people I have mentioned for a few days and learn. Other things beding equal, such as BMW being "The Ultiomate Driving Machine, the BMW total experience, etc., it is the people mentioned, doing the most difficult job of all, personally, who have solidified my desire to purchase only BMW forever and to make certain that I tell at least one person every day about BMW, and only Lauderdale BMW. Incidentally, I drive many miles to visit this particular agency and, I always will. Thank you Holman Family;you have "Got It Right!"

Awful experience & terrible service from Buddy himself - UnhappyCustomer

My car is worse off leaving than when it arrived, bubbles in the paint, damage still not repaired. After 33 days I went to get my car for the 5th time and Buddy Foster himself was there he came out of the back office and screamed at me "You better just take your car today and leave we are done fixing it, nothing is wrong with it" I asked him to go out and look at the car with me when we approached I saw a 6-8 inch rubber mark on the front bumper that had just been replaced and painted by them. Needless to say after terrible service and having to bring the car back 5 times and another time not even leaving with the car I will never return to Buddy Foster because they do a crappy job and because Buddy himself thinks he can yell and scream at a customer. I had Jim tell me one of the times that I came up there to get it "Well you are just pickier than most customers" Which means that Buddy Foster thinks it is okay to not repair things, leave bubbles in the paint and clear coat because most customers aren't as picky as me. Buddy himself should be ashamed of his behavior and how he spoke to me it was totally unacceptable and there were several witnesses to see the show he put on. The repairs needed for my car should have taken at most a week however at 33 days it still needs work done and we be going to another shop to have the damaged caused by Buddy Foster repaired the proper way. I would no recommend that anyone bring their vehicles to BF for any repairs not only because the work is terrible but because of the owner don't give that rude guy your business.

I HIGHLY recommend Century Kia of Tampa. I came in through the internet to shop for Kia EV Winds. The ladies in the internet department were amazing. Very courteous and direct with the answers to my questions. I was not able to purchase a Kia from Century Kia because I live over an hour and a half away. BUT I was so impressed with the internet department's work that I wanted to recognize their professionalism.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

.LIARS AND THEIVES!! Tried to take advantage of an elderly woman. My mother-in-law, an elderly disabled woman, brought her vehicle into this service department with a burning smell concern. they kept her vehicle for several days and then told her she needed about $2500 in repairs for several oil leaks. When she questioned the estimate, she was told that she HAD to do the repairs or else her car was going to catch on fire. There is NO TRUTH to this and was merely a scare tactic to convince a confused elderly woman to approve a bogus job. She was bullied into approving the work. Afterwards she contacted my wife who told her to call them back and tell them she wanted a second opinion. They then told her that there was no backing out now because they had already torn the vehicle down and waiting for parts. So, after being told that, my wife and I drove up to the dealerships. Surprise!!!!There was her car still sitting in the parking lot UNTOUCHED!!! So, we walked into the service adviser area and when we asked the advisor why he lied to her, He immediately jumped up in an aggressive manner and stuck his fingers in my face and started yelling about how He's not going to tolerate being called a liar. I then approached the service manager who told me if I cancelled the job that he was going to charge me for re-stocking fees. He also made the statement that If I called him a liar, I was not going to like the man he becomes. Implying yet another threat. At this point we took the vehicle. We then had it checked out by another reliable trustworthy mechanic. As it turns out, not a single thing quoted by Garber was accurate. One small leak was found that was dripping on exhaust and creating the burning smell. Nothing that would "catch on fire" and only cost a fraction of what Garber tried to rip her off for. In addition, we got in contact with a member of upper management who assured us that it would be handled. He advised that all phone calls are recorded, and there is video surveillance as well. The next day we had to reach out to this person again who suddenly changed his tune. Conveniently there were suddenly no recording and no video. Imagine that. Moral of the story, I highly advised against ANYONE trusting ANY member of this establishment as they are all crooked from the top to the bottom.

He arranged me a ride for work, again kept me in the loop and had me back in my truck in no time.
