I was stunned when I brought my truck in for service today. There was an apparent difference in the experience. I had always thought the service experience was mediocre at best. This time, no more waiting to talk with someone when you drive up, no more searching for your service representative to find out what was going on with your vehicle. Everyone you saw at the dealership recognized you, was very helpful and extremely courteous. I walked in and saw a guy in a white Ford polo (different than everyone else) and asked him if the dealership changed ownership. He said no, but I am the new service manager. I told him the service experience was incredibly better. It was so obvious as soon as you drive in. Told him kudo’s and great job. Nice to see this in these times where we have lost our service mentality. Made my day. Good to know this is what you get when you hire a real pro who is has the right skills for the job.

David from the service department went above and beyond the normal service department assistance in assessing the issue and providing me a possible solution. Then Steve from the parts department went outside with me to assess the issue personally and provided me with a solution that not only completely solved the problem, but it was cost effective and saved me money. Went to my local ford dealer to get some tires, and spoke with Brad in the parts dept about getting some tires for my wife’s vehicle, he was extremely helpful figuring out what the best choice of tires to fit our needs, he asked multiple question to ensure the right tire, then kindly gift me in contact with Katie, she is a top notch advisor always looking out for what’s best for her customers. She made the check in process very easy and pleasant. As she was doing her thing she conversed and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Horrible experience. James the service attendant had very poor customer service skills. He gave very little communication and follow up about my vehicle if I didn't ask. Sometimes not responding to my texts about my vehicle at all.....Not the mention being unprofessional by hitting on me. My vehicle don't even sound the same when I drive it and the prices are a ridiculous. I had to take my vehicle another mechanic the same day I left the dealer to fix another issue that came up while they were fixing the first issue. When ask how much it was cost to fix the 2nd issue I never got an answer so I took my business somewhere else.
