He kept me updated throughout the entire process - even towards the end of the day when there were delays that were out of his control. Jake took great care of me. Got me right in and fixed my issue within 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He told me it wasn't a big deal and he'd rather take care of me for something he knew was quick and easy and just handle it himself than charging me and making a tech look at it. Trustworthy and honest man. Will never go anywhere else. Jake is a great employee! Keep him happy!
