2nd attempt to have a simple warranty problem checked-
I called to have the vehicle checked & was given a 7 AM appointment the following week. Arrived at correct time. Paperwork was completed.
I left the car to be worked on. At 4:30 PM , service advisor called to advise me that they would need to keep the Car overnight because they were busy. The next day repeated calls to the service advisor and Service Mgr. for updates. No call was ever returned.
At 4 PM , I got a ride back to Keith Pierson to see what was going on.
On arrival ,spoke to service advisor,He stated they were busy and hadn’t
look at my car yet.
I told him that I needed the Car because of a Dr,s appointment in the morning.
This was the worst warranty service I have ever experienced in many years of driving.
I intend to file a complaint with General Motors and recommend that
their G.Motors operating permit be cancelled.
