My recent experience was disappointing. I took my car in for an oil change and later received a text stating that the service was complete, but I was informed of a cracked valve stem that they wanted to charge me for—even though it was not damaged when I dropped off the vehicle.
When I arrived to pick up my car, the staff at the counter was unhelpful and failed to provide any explanation regarding the issue. Upon getting into my vehicle, I noticed that the right passenger-side tire was low. After stopping at a gas station to add air, I discovered that the tire was only being held by the cap, which resulted in a flat. The dealership ultimately had not fixed the problem, as they had not replaced the valve stem that they had broken. Additionally, I noticed an unpleasant odor of marijuana inside my vehicle when I got in while picking it up. I will no longer have them service my car.
