Can't recommend more highly. In town from Chicago and had what sounded like a chirping belt. Needed to get car fixed asap due to concern about 14 hour drive home. Montana, DP (service advisors) and Aaron (shop foreman) bent over backwards to source a new belt and get me on my way. Wish I could transplant these guys in Chicago! Thank you Step One CDJRF!

After a month of engine light staying on and flashing my hearty, was done either the car get repaired or I would not be able to drive it any longer, fearing for my life out there on the highway, BUT Raymond stepped up and got my car in for service ‼️❤️‼️ I am so very very Grateful for all the stress being removed from my heart and the simple repair for my lovely vehicle. Had great service visit while vacationing last week from VA that we didn't expect. We first called the other Massey Cadillac store, but they couldn't check our vehicle until 7/30/2022. The gentleman suggested we call the South Orlando store. They told us to bring the Cadillac in on Friday morning. The vehicle was ready early Friday afternoon to our surprise. He simply provides us with the necessary information and lets us make our own decision. However, he does provide us with a recommendation if requested. We will purchase our next vehicle from this dealership if for no other reason than because of the wonderful service we have repeatedly received from this service team.

The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the street to a reputable company and get a price of $979 labor and material with 3 year warranty. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Will never go back. I took my truck in for a simple oil change, and tire rotation. I knew that is was going to be bad when I had to argue with the service writer. He argued that my engine took 8 quarts of oil, then I told him to only put 6 qts in it. He continued to argue about it. Obviously he has no idea, what he’s doing. Then he comes to me and tells me that 2 wheel studs broke off, it will cost $200 more, and it will be done in an hour. I told him NO, I will fix it, just give me the lug nuts( special for the rims), and I would drill out the broken stud out of the nut. He hands them to me, there is nothing in them, and no rust at all. What happened is they put the nuts back on with an impact wrench. It states “do not use an impact wrench on these rims”. And he had xxxxx enough to tell me that they didn’t use an impact on them. I watched them through the window. Since the Alan Jay Dealerships have been sold. The new owners have let them all go to xxxx. Former mechanics, have said it’s horrible there. LIKE I SAID, I WONT BE BACK, IM EVEN THINKING ABOUT TRADING THIS IN, and BUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND. DO NOT GO TO THE ALAN JAY SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
