The young man that came to replace my radiator reservoir was nice, polite and on time. The week prior we did an oil change and noticed the leak. When he came to replace the reservoir, I asked if he could show me where the leak was once he took it out. Not a problem. Very professional, respectful of my vehicle and time. After a month of engine light staying on and flashing my hearty, was done either the car get repaired or I would not be able to drive it any longer, fearing for my life out there on the highway, BUT Raymond stepped up and got my car in for service ‼️❤️‼️ I am so very very Grateful for all the stress being removed from my heart and the simple repair for my lovely vehicle. Had great service visit while vacationing last week from VA that we didn't expect. We first called the other Massey Cadillac store, but they couldn't check our vehicle until 7/30/2022. The gentleman suggested we call the South Orlando store. They told us to bring the Cadillac in on Friday morning. The vehicle was ready early Friday afternoon to our surprise. A fantastic customer experience. Thank you.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Will never go back. I took my truck in for a simple oil change, and tire rotation. I knew that is was going to be bad when I had to argue with the service writer. He argued that my engine took 8 quarts of oil, then I told him to only put 6 qts in it. He continued to argue about it. Obviously he has no idea, what he’s doing. Then he comes to me and tells me that 2 wheel studs broke off, it will cost $200 more, and it will be done in an hour. I told him NO, I will fix it, just give me the lug nuts( special for the rims), and I would drill out the broken stud out of the nut. He hands them to me, there is nothing in them, and no rust at all. What happened is they put the nuts back on with an impact wrench. It states “do not use an impact wrench on these rims”. And he had xxxxx enough to tell me that they didn’t use an impact on them. I watched them through the window. Since the Alan Jay Dealerships have been sold. The new owners have let them all go to xxxx. Former mechanics, have said it’s horrible there. LIKE I SAID, I WONT BE BACK, IM EVEN THINKING ABOUT TRADING THIS IN, and BUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND. DO NOT GO TO THE ALAN JAY SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
