The price was perfect and signing paperwork was very smooth and didnt take long at all. Kyle did a great job of explaining everything in detail and made sure the car was clean and ready to. I recently planned a long trip - so made an appointment with Lisa, my Service Adviser, to have my care inspected. I was so lucky because she arranged for me to come in immediately. My 2018 Honda CR-V was inspected, and checked all over - inside and out - to make sure everything was working properly; all fluids were filled, battery checked, you name it!! Afterwards, I received the Inspection Report. My Honda report was 100% - All of this happened quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with the Service Department. Lisa made sure I was pleased. She's great at her job and you can tell she is passionate about it as well.

Austin was a very patient and informative representative. He clearly shared info and answered our questions. We used the Costco pricing so that aspect was fantastic. We only waited a couple days for the dealership to get the color car we wanted. Financing was complicated as expected. First %rate offered was ridiculously high (shame for trying that). After some analysis and discussion, we somehow found a very good %rate. This was the only questionable activity during our experience. Finance person was polite and helpful but that first offer caused a bit of distrust.

When she went to pick up her car, the dealership tried to charge her for the labor to install the part (but was willing to give her a discount on the part). They agreed to do the repair and not charge her for the part if she left a great review. I’m speechless.
