Bought my 2019 street glide special from this dealership in february of this year, its now may and I am still dealing with issues regarding the purchase. Starting off with the fact my signature was forged for one of the warranties that they had sold me, to which I have been dealing with since the bike had arrived in massachusetts in late march. I was advised that the bike would take 7-10 business days to arrive in massachusetts when I had purchased the bike and then once I was already home from Florida I was told it would take 5-6 weeks to arrive, to which they did give a gift card/check to try and make up for that hiccup. When all of my paperwork arrived with my motorcycle in massachusetts I noticed a whole bunch of charges tacked onto the final sale that were not gone over with me while I was present in dealership doing paperwork. Included were Prep fees, other charges, registration fees, and doc stamps (all totaling $2476). It took another month after the motorcycle arrived in massachusetts for Alligator Alley to register the motorcycle in massachusetts, which resulted in my insurance policy canceling, and almost canceling a second time before they finally got the registration sent to me. Once I took delivery of the motorcycle (to which I had delivered to High Octane Harley in Billerica MA) I also had noticed a turn signal/daytime light was not operating, to which I had to bring the motorcycle back to the dealership after taking delivery to wait for high octane to replace the lights. Oscar (the general manager) had ignored us at all cost when we showed up at the dealership in person, and has been caught in several lies, as well as only talking to me ONCE over the phone where he said he thinks the dealership "has taken very good care of me during this encounter." That was 5 weeks ago, and as of now I have sent 5 emails that of which 4 were ignored over the span of 3 weeks regarding all of these fees. Having phone calls ignored and never being helped over the phone. Overall terrible experience and am still dealing with all of the charges and warranties being hopefully refunded due to the FORGED signature.

I've been in the automotive sales business for over 25 years and had the bug for a new to me motorcycle. Found a great bike @ Harley of Tampa thanks for Floyd Royal. I wasn't looking for this exact bike, but Floyd took me outside to show me a 2017 CVO Breakout that just arrived. Not at all the bike I would have considered. Then he fired it up.. I WAS DONE and had to have it... I worked out all the details with Floyd over the next few days. I came in on a wet rainy day to do paperwork and Floyd even offered to bring my new to me motorcycle to my home the next morning. Excellent experience and I recommend Floyd to anyone that is looking for a true sales professional. Oh and Ryan Moomaw also a thank you.. your phone call follow up before I pulled the trigger was a great example of leadership. Great team and great experience.
