It was a good experience working with Nick. As a side note, I was disappointed in the A-Plan pricing at the Ford website compared to the actual pricing at the dealership. I did not appreciate the "price can change without notice" aspect of the deal. In addition, I did not receive my reward points under the Ford Rewards program for the vehicle purchase. I understand businesses get very busy, but a call would have gotten my car out of their way quicker. Staff is friendly and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend these Quick Lube Service Department. FYI, this is also where I purchased my car and that too was a great experience. I look all the time for used cars, and I get daily postings from a few different websites. I have yet to find a deal that matches the deal I got from Englewood Ford!
