I had my 2020 Durango towed in June 12th after the motor was flooded and needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the estimate in 5 days and accardi had the check 2 days later. NO communication impossible to get someone to call back, text, email i tried them all. I physically had to go to the dealership just to find out what was going on. I did not get my Durango back until August 2nd. and when they finally said it was ready the ticket was closed out on the 31st of July. They held my vehicle to make numbers at the end of the month. They jerked me around for seven weeks. They Suck

I took my 2013 Dodge Journey(after getting diagnostic from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. I had other preventive maintenance done, unfortunately 2 days later, there was an overlooked gasket or something that made my car spew fuel, and I couldnt start my car, I called them about the issue. The manager was so kind to offer to pick up my car, and will look at the issue. Before the day is over, Richard called me and explained what happened and got it fix(no charge), and offered to deliver my car back to my house. This is the company I wished everyone have, honest, respectful and great service. BTW, they gave me ride when I drop my car the first time, and pick me up when my car was ready. Service Department got ALL 5 STAR from me. I'll be sure to use them from here on out. I might even buy my granddaughter car from them. GO GATOR.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

I purchased a used vehicle from them and not even a month later I started having problems with my abs system. I emailed my sales person who played it off, telling me that I could bring my car to their shop and that I "purchased a warranty and maybe it will cover it"... Well, I'm not dumb. A powertrain warranty doesn't cover abs systems. However, I sent another email after I took the car to a tire shop to get my tires balanced since one of the weights fell off. The tire shop advised me that my rear shocks are leaking. So a month of ownership of a used car from Firkins and I have failing shocks and a faulty abs pump. I sent 3 emails total and now Firkins has stopped replying to me.. I've purchased other used vehicles in my life and generally when things go wrong shortly after delivery the dealership fixed them under good faith but I guess there's no faith here.I won't be recommending Firkins to anyone for a used vehicle.

Customer service was good and my service advisor was able to keep the final repair the same as the estimate. The only downside was the “personal consumer portal link” was inaccurate and caused me to call serval times for updates. Finally, the smallest issue I had was the trim panels not correctly reinstalled.

Staff was SUPER Energetic and Helpful when I arrived. No pressure from Sale staff or Manager throughout the entire visit. A young man named Rocky made us feel welcome and mentioned that Ricky Bobby was their head detailer with perfect attendance and he would be cleaning our Used Wrangler before we pick it up. I have found that Family owned dealership truly care about the Customer and have much lower fee's. I'll be buying all my vehicles from this Dealer and will be even better when their new showroom renovation is complete.

My only concern is that the rest of the staff should better explain all the process about leaving your car in trading, care about the customer when they ask about what is going to be the payment for the new car, instead making you to sign for the new loan without no info. Also, they should explain that Autopay, is a separate company that is going to take care of your payments. I was new and I thought my payments were going straight to the bank.

I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn 3500 6.7 diesel dually. I kept having trouble with the engine light coming on. The code indicated there was a problem with the transmission. I took the truck here to Suncoast and the technician, Jason Dale quickly determine the cause of the problem, and fix the transmission. I'm very happy with the dealership and with jason. He also gave me tips about prolonging the life of my transmission that I really appreciated.

Really need to talk to the owner....very sleezy tactics....caught red handed...said part was in and I told them I didn't want to come in (to have my fuel filters replaced) unless the part (hubcap)...told me they had 2..so I made the appointment for 1:30.....arrived at 1...no cars in service area....after half hour my truck was still sitting there...another half hour....still there..each time I ask when they always said right now....another 20 minutes I asked again...oh right now they said....I saw them start it up so I went to wait....I walk outside and they had taken my truck and hid it so I would think they were working on it....I went and got the manager and showed him....I was pissed...(I told him that was a sleezy move)..he had them finally move my trunk in to work on it...I left around 4:30 almost 3 1/2 hours later...STILL without a hubcap...THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE.....during all the sleezy stuff they pulled I almost bought a jeep but have since decided to buy elsewhere.....would love for the owner to see this review

i was sold a 2021 dodge charger,over priced45000.,to discover it was in a front end collision,since air bags installed.sway bat .struts.front end alignment winshield washer containerr.took mikes autobody was told it was fixed with all after markey parts,when i went back to dealership i was again lied to ND BLOWN OFF. now monday 2023 it being repossed becuase i am out of woek(surgery) and connot afford the payments,had i known about the collison (air bags deployed) i would have walked away they got a jeep renegade20217000 in returned...now they are owned by another company.......thanks for ruining my creit ron and brandon collins (brooksville) i only heard SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU.....i guess its attorney time,,,,,,,,lol....good luck finding one.....if i do ill post it here.....

Picked up my truck to bring it to another shop to be fixed today after this repair shop had it for 4 months. I dropped it off and spoke with two different guys there and told them that, when i put it in drive it goes into manual fourth. I called every week to ask about the progress and got the run around every time. after having it for 2 and a half month they called me and stated the truck needed a sensors and key fob, said ok. they said the work would cost 1600 dollars. After they changed them they called and said we have the truck starting are you bringing it into another shop, when we put it in drive it drops to fourth. Excuse me sir? that is why I brought it to you. So they charged me 1700 and fixed things that i didn't have problems with and had the truck for 4 months. when I called for the last time 3 days ago they basically told me my truck was on the back burner and they would get to it when they get to it. NEVER ever received a call from them until the last day it was there. I had to chase them around for answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Just wanted to let you know last weekend we took our mazda in for warranty issues , we looked at the new Mazdas and wanted to upgrade , however the guy that helped us was not willing to really help us in any way , so we went across the street ,That is where we meet Thed ,Thed helped us so much that I was fiixing to buy a car I didnt even want because he worked so hard and was really a nice guy . We then gave it about 5 days to think and research and we decided we wanted the new Mazda CX9 but only wanted Thed to help us even though he worked across the street well he had it ready for us making lots of runs back and forth from car lots . Im telling you now being a business owner ourselves thed is a big asset to your company and deserves lots of praise . In 4 years we will be shopping for 2 new cars for our kids and we are going wher ever Thed is . And I also want to say the only reason we stayed with Mazda is because the service dept lady is amazing and on point with every visit we had wlwith our 2012 cx9 .
