Traded my 2021 Silverado that I paid 40,000 dollars for in on a 25,000-dollar with extra goodies for a 2024 Buick they rushed the whole process in the finance and no paper work to go over they are a bunch of crooks do not buy anything my pay off was 20,000 so they did not give me any equity toward my down payment instead added another 10,000 dollars onto the new Buick if I would have known I was only getting 20,000 dollars for my truck I would have never traded it in only had 30,000 miles on it and loaded again bought my truck from this place and traded it back in and still get screwed never buy anything from beck

I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.

Last week I purchased a red 2024 Camaro 1SS 1LE from Greenwood Chevrolet in Ft. Meade, FL.. The salesman was personable and knew his cars very well. The process of purchasing was painless and pretty quick. I was pleased with the no nonsense way Greenwood Chevrolet did business. I also had called the parts department and spoke with Justin, who jived with the way Mr. Greenwood conducted his business. If I purchase another Chevrolet, I will definitely patronize Greenwood Chevrolet in Ft. Meade!

If my mother hadn't had her heart set on getting a car that day I would have left. I will never deal with these guys again. I understand the dealership is under new ownership but the players are the same -- avoid the one they call Oggie.

We bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 crew cab LTZ 4WD from Sandy, and it was by far the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. From the initial meeting with Roger he makes you feel like family. Alan the manager on the floor was also amazing. What personalities the two have we laughed and swapped stories and laughed some more, it made what could have been a stressful transition so relaxed and smooth. Both were very honest and straightforward with us which is very unusual dealing with some dealerships. Than on to finance which is usually very drawn out, the gentleman (forgot his name) explained each warranty that is offered and did not pressure us to buy any; we signed and and off we went. It was the fastest finance transaction ever. He sent all documents to us via email and was amazing!!!! I would recommend ALL my family and friends to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet!!!

Purchased two new cars back in 1998 ... Cavalier and Blazer. This dealer has performed all routine and repair maintenance since then. They are now called Courtesy Chevrolet. They have a seasoned, first-rate service department and service advisors. My salesperson, Michael Block, is now a senior manager at the facility. Nice group of folks. Never felt like I was being ripped off.
