Car shopping should be fun, but let’s be honest, it’s not. Not usually at least! Shopping with Mr. Shawn Langley at Ed Morse Alfa Romeo Fiat was exactly the experience I needed. I knew exactly what I was looking for & he was able to get me the keys to my dream truck. After visiting multiple dealerships that claimed to have the truck I wanted and being let down because of their false advertising, I was ecstatic that the listing online for my truck was truthful to a T. Shout out to Ed Morse! On top of it all, Shawn was not only the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met, he made the experience fun! During our test drive he showed me all the bells and whistles and he wasn’t pushy at all, it felt like I was driving an old friend around town! He was also patient with my busy work schedule and denied other customers from buying it out from under me while I was working. In the end, we were able to negotiate a deal that made sense for all of us. After closing the deal, I had an issue with my navigation, & he followed through in helping me get it addressed and even put me in a beautiful Alfa Romeo loaner until he personally delivered my truck back to me over an hour drive away, and with a new set of spare keys! Top tier service, this man deserves 10 stars. I highly recommend giving him a call if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle. I could not be any more happy. I also understand that the closet dealership service will now be the one in xx. Petersburg. Not too happy about that. It’s too far for service so I’ll be looking for another brand to purchase my next automobile.

Let’s start from the beginning. - jp24252

Let’s start from the beginning. I called to schedule service for my vehicle, informed them I would be dropping it off after hours. Received the confirmation of my scheduled service, where I again informed them I would be dropping it off after hours. Upon arrival of the dealership, yes after hours, the entire parking lot was gated/blocked off. I had to leave my car on a side street behind a hospital with the hopes it wouldn’t get towed, and run in the pouring rain to find the key drop location. Never once was I informed the lot would be completely closed and where I should park my vehicle. I left to go out of the country for 9 days, upon my return I was informed that they still hadn’t even determined the root cause of my air conditioning issue. After 9 days?!? I then had to stay in a hotel and get an Uber because I didn’t have another form of transportation scheduled. Finally after 11 days they found the problem. However it was communicated up until that point that they were certain the AC issue would be covered by warranty….well now they are saying it won’t be and that I was responsible for the full cost of repair. Not ideal, nor do I believe it, but fine, please just fix it. Weeks go by from start to finish. No one answers calls, no one answers texts, no one provides updates. I called 4 times in one day and each time they stated they would call me back within the hour…and nope, no call received. 16 days my vehicle was in service for. I went to pick it up and it was filthy, they couldn’t even wash it for me? And I had a nice new scratch on the drivers side door. This is a Maserati dealership and this is how you treat your customers? Seriously the worst service experience I have ever had, and I am putting it nicely.

Omar Ramos and Tyler have been fantastic to work with over a 6 month period looking for the perfect Alfa Romeo. The guys have been just fun to get to know. I love the openness of the staff and the floor plan which makes everyone approachable. There is no wizard behind the curtain sales manager or finance manager hiding in their offices using high pressure sales tactic with the back and forth negotiations. Everyone is just hanging out together and working together. Best car buying experience I have ever had. If you want to he treated like family, call Omar and let the staff treat you like a million bucks. Thanks everyone!!

Alfa Romeo Stelvio - Dutchman

We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!). All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I phoned the dealership to schedule a service appointment for routine maintenance and warranty issues with my car. I inquired about their loaner vehicle program. The woman I spoke to advised she would forward my info to their loaner vehicle coordinator and he would contact me to schedule. Three days went by with no call back, so I phoned them back and explained my situation to Jasmine. She apologized and assured me she would forward my info to a service advisor and they would contact me to schedule. After four more days and no phone call from a service advisor, I phoned the dealership and asked to speak with the service department manager to inquire as to why no one has contacted me back. I was advised by the gentleman I spoke to that the service manager would contact me. After four more days of waiting, I have still not received a call back from their service manager. Quite frankly, after all of this initial incompetence, I would not bring my vehicle into this dealership if they paid me to do it. If they cannot simply communicate with their customer base, I don’t see them providing professional care for my vehicle. I’ll find a reputable Alfa Romeo dealer elsewhere.
