Just had our secondary car serviced at Newark Toyota World today and as always, we had Mr. Dave Ferguson as our service representative. Dave greeted us like family; he thoroughly reviewed our car service and honestly advised us of what course to take. Dave is truthful and transparent; Dave is non-pushy and patient. Dave answered ALL and ANY questions about our car. When our service was completed, he explained and described the services and charges. Dave is the epitome of great customer service! We only return to Newark Toyota World Service knowing Mr. Dave Ferguson will be our service representative. Thank you always, Dave! Johnny C.

Friendly! New service personnel at desk. New closure to service final checkout. Trying to assessorizing your visit by add ons that are not necessary to the tune of $500. Shame that they are trying to scare people into this. I hope they come up with a more palatable way of conducting our visit when we come in for regular maintenance. Need more honesty, not looking to sell more to make more.

Appointment times not honored received the car back with grease spots and they charge around 3 percent for using a credit card when that cost was probably already built into their service bill or parts bill so taking advantage of those who can’t afford cash and I’m guessing most people use credit cards just ethically wrong
