My customer satisfaction of maintenance routine issues were resolve and completed with great customer's satisfaction of Five Stars. Bait and Switch $$$ - dshortpantz

Price Accura's Service Dept. are bait and $witch masters. Once they have your car, they know you need it so Price is no object. I checked on line and on the high end of parts the total was $110.00 the high end of labor was $289.00 BUT the charge was $600.00. Of course I had no time to research another repair shop for costs. I will not be back. I warn you to please be careful...
