Lane Metheny was a top notch sales person. From the first call to being handed my keys he was kind, patient, efficient and very knowledgeable about the brand. I was sooooo excited to get my new X3 that I left my EZ pass reader in the car and he called and saved the day...again! I would highly recommend this dealership and Lane as a salesman. Highly impressed and I am team BMW for life. This experience added to the joy of being an owner!!! He was EXCEPTIONAL
