I've typically had an okay experience with i.g. Burton since purchasing my 2021 X5 a little over a year ago. Unfortunately they sold me services though that they can't meet. I purchased the tire package, rental car, etc. but they have never provided the concierge service that was part of my deal. I always have to drive 30 minutes to the dealership to drop my car off. I called this morning because I have a flat and am currently with no car. Not only can I not get my kids to camp/school, but I"m supposed to travel to DC for work tomorrow and Wednesday and I have no way to get there. I've left two message, have tried to reach service 3 times this morning and the customer rep was very rude. I'm still sitting at home with no car, not sure if I can even make my work trip, and kids at home because I have no way to get them where they need to go. If you do buy from them, make sure that they can meet the service demands that they guarantee. I'm considering trading my in my car because I'm pretty disappointed and the service is not reliable.
