Working with Christian Romaniello on a new Prius Prime purchase was great! He was fast, efficient, on the ball, always available and responsive, and hustled to make sure the transaction closed smoothly. Really appreciated how available he was on all channels...never a delay on text, email, phone. I had very specific and somewhat hard-to-find features I was looking for, especially in a Prius Prime, and Christian worked with his sales team to track this down. Along the way he proactively flagged promotions and potential discount opportunities. This was a more complicated transaction because I was buying from out of state while moving, but Christian handled all these challenges to close the sale right on time without any hassle. He efficiently coordinated with the finance department on VSA. Would recommend working with Christian!

After completing the dealer circuit on Route 83, I ended up stopping by Lynch on my way home. Lynch was about an hour from closing. I made the acquaintance of Mike at the main desk, and we talked briefly about what I was looking for. Mike quickly found options that fit my budget and needs. I didn’t plan on buying a car that night, but it’s hard to walk away from a deal that checks every single box on your list. Mike and Nazmin were seamless in showing me the vehicle options and completing my app. The entire ppw process took 5 minutes. As agreed, the vehicle was ready for me Dec 26. I went in completed my bank ppw, (the finance lady is amazing) and met with Ryan to go over all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. I have to say as someone who has purchased 2 dozen cars in my life, I have never had an experience so hassle free and straight forward. There was no pressure to buy bs add-ons or hidden fees. This experience has changed the way I think about buying cars. I’m an old school handshake guy. This is the old school handshake experience. I am a customer for life.

UTTER WASTE OF TIME After calling to let them know that I was on my way, I test drove the vehicle that I was looking to purchase only to be told at the end of the test drive that a deposit has been made by another customer. You figured while I was traveling within that hour and hlf to the dealership that they would tell me this. No consideration and no courtesy to tell me on the way that a deposit has been made on the vehicle. I should have listened to the previous comments MADE about this dealership and yes, I will add and say to avoid this dealership like the plague. pathetic.

Too many service issues to recommend them. Caitlin is a friendly service advisor, but that's about the extent of it. I brought one vehicle here to fix a one inch lean on the vehicle, which they couldn't fix so they 'reset it', and it started again two days later. Brought another vehicle here that smoked on every start up and had a few other issues that were repeatable every single time, got the "unable to replicate it" line when they finally looked at it *more than 48 hours after my scheduled appointment time*, and as I paid my diagnostic fee and started my truck up to leave, wouldn't you know- it did all the things right in their parking lot. They either can't/don't want to fix my vehicles, so I will find another place to service my cars.

I had an issue with a 2022 4Runner with 31K Miles that I - Lordjesus3

I had an issue with a 2022 4Runner with 31K Miles that I just purchased ( Still under Warranty) Brought it to Dowling and had it looked at. My previous vehicle was a 2007 Rav4 AWD. The Rav4 is Automatic AWD, or you can press a button to engage it from a stop, the 4Runner is quite different with a sequence that you must go through (some what confusing) to engage 4Lo/4Hi/2Hi/DAC/ATRAC. To make a long story short I was trying out the different systems and I got stuck in 4Lo and I could not get it out? Drove it in Reverse, than Forward (In 2Hi) but it would not disengage? So I called Dowling's Service Department while in the car for help and I get this guy Pat to ask for some guidance, and what do I get? A really nasty person talking down to me, telling me that I'm looking for trouble and that he was not going to help me!!! All I have to say is, this guy needs a Vacation! Completely disrespectful, Arrogant, full of himself (He said I have 37 Years of experience) BIG DEAL DUMMY! When you talk down to people, and not offer help you should be FIRED! Last time I'll go to this dealership! YOU SUCK! This is directed at Pat! Matt, and Chris where very good!
