Bought and serviced my EV6 here, all good! Sales was low pressure, not pushy, no bait/switch. Service has been excellent; worked with Erin, the service advisor to have routine maintenance done. Also had some software updates last week, they came to me in the waiting area 4 times to let me know progress, and washed the car before I got it back. I drive 1/2 hr to bring my car here, even though there's another kia dealer 10 min away. Your mileage may vary (as they used to say), but my experiences here have all been very good.

I returned to Dowling Ford to purchase my used 2012 Ford Fusion 3 years ago. I trusted them as a family owned business. I generally do not trust car dealers. However, they are different. They know and care about their customers. I have returned for oil changes and car maintenance because first my car was under warranty and then my car repair garage closed. The service department is highly trustworthy and good. They did not charge me for a new battery last year, because it should have had a warranty to last longer. They gave me a free oil change one time, because they need to keep my car an extra day to do some work on it! They have provided me with free loaners twice. Thank you Dowling!!

Can't say enough about the quality of the service and parts staff at Bradshaw. Pleasant and professional, they are a joy to deal with. Waiting area is spotless, fresh coffee available and everyone greets you with a smile. All this and quality service, too! Thanks!
