I keep coming here for service even though I live in Yonkers and pass a couple of other Kia dealerships closer to me because I bought the car from here and most importantly, the service department is way better than any other Kia dealer I've visited. It is always never-crowded and Brian Nalepa makes you feel like a valued customer. He is knowledgable and very professional. He takes time to listen to your concerns, works with you to find all available discounts, and keeps you updated. I never feel rushed or forgotten and the work has always been done satisfactorily. Brian is one of the main reasons I keep coming back even though I live in another state.

I have been coming to this dealership for years and they always treat me like family. This last week I was forced to stop in due to my check engine light coming on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in and find out what was going on. A sensor I am told had gone bad, they replaced it and get me on the road again in under 2 hrs. Thank you to the entire staff, they are all so friendly and it is so nice to be able to pop in unannounced and be taken care of so quickly.

I bought a 2002 Toyota Tundra in 2007 from Karl at w a p . Karl was friendly , professional and great to deal with . I recently had my truck back for routine service as the vehicle is now 10 yrs old and nearly 100 k . Steve and Kevin in the service dept were excellent . They know there buisness and do an excellent job explaining to me and showing me what needs to be done and why . Steve also gives me a heads up on what to watch for with the truck as the wear and tear of everyday driving in New England takes its toll. This way hopefully there are no sudden surprises at my next visit . I always leave there felling i was very fairly treated and that i received great service for my money . Devan Petit was the person who took care of my car April 4, 2025. The job was brakes and oil housing leak. The brakes were easy bu the oil leak was a rather difficult job. My car wasn't going to get done and it was the weekend. Lia was out of loaner cars. But Devan went above and beyond to get me a loaner car, so I wouldn't be without a car for the weekend. My car was ready to go on Monday. I have used Lia VW of Enfield for all my car care needs and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership.
