Brought my car into service the splash shield under engine was not put back on correctly the tech did not put in the clips the splash shield was touching the ground. I called service department told them about the problem and asked them what they could do for my inconvenience they would do nothing this dealership is very clean the workers are friendly but management is terrible I have 2 Cadillacs and I will not do business with this dealership again

i have purchased 3 cars from them and had all service done there. today was the worst: the service receptionist barely new what she was doing. the parts mgr was misinformed and rude. he argued with a customer about a tire rotation. when i pointed out an advertisement that promised free rotation, he told me to mind my own business. as i recently bought $700. worth of tires, it was my business, to say nothing regarding false advertising. these people were new since my last oil change. also, oil changes include washing and vacuuming. not today. in the past, when the wash guy was out, jillian antonino took it upon herself to clean my car. these people need to be reminded that customers pay their wages and they are not doing any one a favor by doing their jobs professionally.

Michael Mitsubishi only recommended repairs that were needed, and told me that several repair items I thought needed doing were unnecessary. They could have easily recommended those repairs and made easy extra sales on them, but they did not. I was very impressed. The work was performed quickly and was right the first time. The price for the service was very good, and was less than I was expecting at a dealer. I am very pleased with their service, and will definitely go back there, particularly to Shirly Green for the next service.

Iwanted to wait until my truck was fixed before writting this review. This dealerships Service Manager was extremly mean and unprofessional. The only person who was understanding was a young man by the name of Evan. Service manager was so degrading I called Toyota Corp. at which time I was directed to Toyota of Colchester who were so amazing and kind. My Tacoma had a recall for a new frame and Service Manager Chris D. in Middletown refused to take care of me. I have had 3 Toyotas and have never had to deal with such a mean condescending man. Never would I recommendthis dealership. The only reason for 1 star is because of the kindness shown by Evan.
