I had taken my Volvo to the local "Dealer" and they SAID they fixed it. I paid a preimum dollar and it was NOT fixed. I took my car to The Autowerkes after a friend told me about them, and asked for the same thing to be fixed that the "Dealer" was supposed to have fixed. Not only did The Autowerkes fix it, but it was a lot less expensive than the "Dealer" and it was fixed quickly and it was done the right way.<br>The tech that did the work was Tyson. He answered all of my questions in a language that I could understand, not some tech mumbo jumbo. I HIGHLY recommend THE AUTOWERKES for anyone with a Volvo who wants honest answers and fair prices for parts and service. They even sell used Volvos! All of the staff is a joy to deal with!!!!

Had a problem whereby water was spraying periodically on the floor of the passenger side. It was a clogged ac line. (First time that happened- climate change?), anyway, Omar, the service manager got me in first thing in the am and got me out within 20 minutes, 20 MINUTES!! I am overwhelmed with awe at how efficiently he ran that. 10 Stars to Omar for far exceeding my expectations!

First oil change and they fit me in on Saturday morning and also took care of two recalls and other items. Service advisors were very helpful and had everything done sooner than expected

Cartop luggage carrier installation - Tashmoo

Mark in the service dept. retrofitted my carrier so it would be secure and safe rather than just slapping it on. The manufacturer's brackets were not fitting correctly and he took all the time he needed to do the job right. I'm sure another service center would have allotted him a certain amount of time, but Joe insisted he take his time and do it correctly, rather than rush him onto another job. Mind you, this was at no charge to me. And I got a fantastic price on the entire carrier system. This is a small auto sales and service center that does things the right way. They are good people and I highly recommend them if you need a car (see Pat, I bought my Subaru from him) or you need some mechanical work done. They exemplify old school values and quality.

I've come in several times for service appointments and have been attended by a few different people but id like to leave this review for the tall chocolate man there. He is always so friendly and helpful, he makes sure all my needs are met and I'm left without questions or concerns. He is the ONLY employee that makes my service appointments 100% better. Id give him 10 stars but that wasn't an option.

This dealer does not deliver on promises. My last car was an Audi that was serviced 3 times and towed once. All 4 times I had a loaner car. I was promised the same loaner car support on the X5 I bought at BMW New London. It has also been serviced 3 times and towed once just like the Audi. But instead of 4 loaner cars I have gotten zero. No loaner cars, no reimbursement for rental cars. They say they have loaner cars and perhaps that is true but being 0 for 4 in getting one I think it is clear that have way too few. I think they are heavily influenced by the Toyota dealership they share the building with. If you are going to have your car serviced here you should think twice if a premium experience and loaner cars are something you expect to come with the premium price,
