I am new to the Acura family and have taken my car to Milford Acura for service twice and had great experiences with the service department. My first experience was when my alternator went and Justin the Service Manger said it would be a few hours before they would be able to get to my car and had offered me a ride back to my home which was about 10 minutes from the dealership. When my car was ready, they called me to say the car was ready and they had someone on the way to pick me up. My second great experience I had an oil leak, Paul was a great help. He keep me posted on every step of the way. Not only did they fix the oil leak issue, they cleaned the whole motor of all old and new oil residue. Thank you so much Service team ! Katelin

Their insurance is going to pay for all damages. Scott called to make sure their insurance had contacted me and also recommended a place to have it repaired. His call was greatly appreciated as it let me know they really do care about their customers. It is always the little thing that make for great customer service.

Mike in Service is fantastic and made it happen for me when three other Acura dealers refused to take care of me. They performed a diagnostic check no charge and only charged me for repairs.

I brought my vehicle in for service and they were so easy to deal with. My service representative was Kimberly and she was super helpful and after talking to her for a few min a realized she really knew her cars and was very good at her job. My car was fixed in a few days ( cheaper than I thought ) and I was impressed. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Tony. AGAWAM MASS.

Mike is an exceptional service consultant!!! His professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness had made our unbearable experience, truly a bearable one. We had purchased a used 2013 Audi A4 for our daughter (this was her dream car). A little over two months later, the engine blew. We weren't sure how all this would work out as we purchased the car from another dealer. Mike was very courteous and honest and worked diligently with the warranty company to get our car fixed. Never once was he frustrated or impatient with us. He would provide us with daily updates as to the status of our car. Thanks to Mike and the exceptional service he provided us, we will be taking our car to Audi of Wallingford for service!
