Bad experience. Poor service skills - MikeY

Worst body shop I've been to. They'd have done a better job at Macao. After Joe telling me he'd work the deductible in for me, they call me once it's finished to tell me that it's all set but I have to pay the deductible. I figured no big deal so I went down to pay and pick up my truck. Upon examining my truck, they didn't prep the truck correctly and I had a flaw over a foot long that nobody even checked over or looked at before they tried giving it back to me. While letting joe know that i was upset over the issue, he displayed his poor customer service skills by walking away from me mid conversation and going into the back. Grated i wasnt yelling or being a dick, just talking. After a weekend of having my truck still and them racing through it again, there's still a section that they never fixed. I paid to get it out of there out of their hands. First off, how do you give a car away with a huge imperfection, then bang through it and still have it look like crap? Very unreliable and rushed here.

Went there for an oil change. Service reps were rude, unhelpful, and flippant about service. I am a new jeep owner and they lost a potential customer for the duration I will have my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and patronize one of the other jeep dealerships in the area for service. I don’t recommend this service center to anyone

Our check engine light came on and we called Henri Michaud our salesman. He told us to bring our vehicle in. We brought our truck in and Rich the mechanic was completely upfront and honest with us and said they would need to keep it a few days to fix the problem right. They gave us a beautiful loaner vehicle to dive until we got our truck back. We picked our truck up not only did they wash it and fill the gas tank up they also made us 2 spare keys. Come to find out we also had a remote starter. The service here was awesome and I would recommend Papa's to anyone. The next time we buy a car it will be from Henri even though we live a hour away. Thanks again Henri and Rich!

These guys were tied up and I had just the day off and the service pull strings to care of me to find the problem and which I would come back at a later time to get repair done. So buying a Ram Diesel Truck and to get serviced by them even after I move to Cranston, RI. I will drive there for my service and will buy my next Diesel Truck from them.

Christopher was absolutely amazing! Great customer skills, very warming and inviting. Makes you feel at ease that everything is going to be okay with your vehicle. I explained my situation and he stated "Don;t worry we will fix the problem" and they sure did! Thank you the infamous Chris from the infamous Ms. Cruz! Great job Chrysler.

I am very picky about who works on my car and this shop was terrific! I know about cars and they didn't try to sell me work I didn't need nor did they pressure me into any "extra" services. All their recommendations were spot on and their prices are competitive but there was no pressure to "get it done now." Times are tough these days, and I felt like they understood that and would work out a time frame with me and prioritized my car issues to help out the old wallet! I definately will refer my friends to these guys!

I had my 2014 Ram towed to a referred local mechanic for DEF system issues, despite his numerous and much appreciated attempts he could not correct the issue, so he recommended that I bring it up the road to Troiano’s. My dashboard displayed a message that said my truck would go into what is commonly called “limp mode” in 19 miles and basically leave me stranded on the said of the road. So I drove right over to Troiano’s and explained my situation (and then some) to Nick Parker (Service Advisor) who was very professional and sympathetic. Nick assured me the he would talk to one of the techs to see if they could try to squeeze me in between one of the scheduled services appointments. After a short wait Nick tells me that one of the techs will take a look at my truck to diagnose and hopefully correct the issue. He informed me it would take roughly 90 minutes. At approximately 90 minutes Tyler, one of the tech/mechanics, came out to the waiting area and explained the service he had performed on my truck (forced regen) and that my truck was all set. The service charge was more then reasonable and extremely honest. Nick, was personable and prompt. Tyler was informed and seemed eager to address the issue. These guys saved my day and/or week, and I am grateful. Thanks guys. I live in South Windsor so Troiano’s is about a 40 minute ride for me, but the service department is totally worth the drive. J. Connecticut law is all persons indoors must wear masks. Wetmore’s JEEP employees are NOT WEARING MASKS.. 7 out of 11 employees I was close to were maskless - One man shouted it me that he was 6 feet away and that’s all he had to do. I was meant to sit in a room with several maskless employees ( David) talking on the phone while my oil was changed. The employees refused to comply and were very angry. It’s a shame because the two service managers ( both masked and behind glass .(Tyler) are great.
