My experience at Todd Nissan was excellent. I brought my Wife's Nissan Murano in which I thought had a Transmission issue (costly $$$) and I was getting ready to hear "You need a new Transmission". After speaking to Dan in the service department when dropping my car off they "quickly" did a scan on the car and it came up with no transmission code errors. I was surprised because all signs pointed to transmission issue before bringing it in. I was called 1 day later with an explanation it was only an alternator problem not a transmission problem (way less costly $$$) I was absolutely relieved. Dan explained exactly what was going on and said he would have it ready by Monday, (It was Friday). This is what I call and HONEST dealership with honest people like Dan and the mechanic who worked on the car. Let me say that again "HONEST". That's all anyone wants when dropping off their car. I would like to thank Dan and the mechanic and the service department for their help and honesty. Moving forward my Wife's Nissan Murano will now only visit Dan and his service department moving forward for everything right down to oil changes. Let me also be very clear, Dan or anyone at the dealership DID NOT asked me to say what I said above I am giving you a straight up opinion of my experience. It one thing to take your car to a dealership and it's another thing to take your car to an HONEST Dealership. Thanks Dan and the service department I'll see you soon for the oil change Vin & Tina

Bryan kept me well informed, I also like the text messages during the whole process, much better service than I got from an oil change / rotating tire experience where my center caps were broken there , and I was told by that service guy Jim it didn't happen there, it most certainly did. At anyrate much appreciate the service adviser and service I received this time.

Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 on 5/31/2025 as of 6/6/2025 the Massachusetts registration transfer still isn’t completed. Which means tomorrow I will no longer be able to legally drive the truck until they figure out how to do their job. Without the registration I cannot get a second keyfob (truck only came with one) made because Dodge requires bill of sale AND registration to get the programing pin on top of the vehicle being purchased in both mine and my husband’s name which means we both physically have to be there with photo ID to get the pin and he gets deployed on Monday so I’ll have to wait until he gets back which means I won’t be driving the truck until he’s home because the risk of losing the key and having to pay thousands to reprogram the truck to a set of keys isn’t worth it to me. We were told that it would be registered on Monday and the registration paperwork overnighted to us for Tuesday. After they messed up the paperwork and didn’t get it done Monday they promised we would have it registered by Friday but it’s Friday and still no registration. Our salesman is no longer responding and the sales manager will not return my phone calls. Never mind the lies they told us about how they wouldn’t fix the broken parking brake or chipped windshield when we looked at the truck and told them on 5/27/2025 that the truck would not pass mass inspection. Their response was“they didn’t have to abide by Massachusetts inspection laws. But lo and behold even in the state of CT they still have to pass a checklist including safety which those 2 issues fall under so they had to fix it, which they did. Why lie about it? They also claimed that they were going to have the truck detailed again prior to us leaving with it. Which they didn’t. The interior was still full of grime from the previous owner along with the previous owners personal information left in the vehicle when we test drove it. If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would.

First I needed a ride to the dealership and Benji came and picked me up cause I had no car. He showed me the Nissan Sentra I was interested in. One day while I was taking Uber home from work a Nissan Sentra was the car that picked me up. I liked the way the car ran and the space in the back. The salesman let me test drive the car and I like the way the ride was and the features of the car especially the safety features. He showed me some of the features and everyone was very nice and attentive. I was on my way to getting a new car. Had my car now for just 3 months and I Love It. This is undoubtedly because Juan Mills was one of the sweetest gentlemen I've ever dealt with at a car dealership and he made the transaction as smooth as can be. The whole process took a little over an hour with a trade and a new lease. Incredible process throughout and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a Nissan.
