He and Rick are able to source the car and trim you want without pressuring you into something else just to get rid of inventory. They both applied the right amount of contact to remind you they’re there if you need anything but not overbearingly so. What a class act the entire team is at this dealership. Puts the Greenwich one to shame, their staff can’t hold a candle to my experience at Westport Lexus.
