We worked with Hector who is a knowledgeable, personable, and professional salesman with a great personality. There was no wait time with our appointments and the test drive was easy and fun as Hector had me try several things beyond sport mode on the backroads, main roads, and highway. Also, I must have called and texted Hector 10 times and he was always responsive and accommodating, which I very much appreciated! Price: they worked with us some. Things did add up after the price of the vehicle was lowered. Finance Manager: also knowledgeable and personable. He made the process as smooth as possible. The one thing to be aware of is purchasing an extended warranty for a used vehicle—they rolled it into the financing, which is not fair. I should have pushed harder for that not to happen or just not purchased through Lexus. I was worried about the electronics going on the 2022 rx350, not the engine or transmission, at all. Overall, the experience was excellent as we felt cared for and respected.
